JaeBee Furniture began in response to a need. Upon graduation, Jaebee Furniture’s founder, Joy started working with her mom officially. Because they made furniture, their home always had beautiful furniture and was the object of admiration for many of her classmates. When they persuaded their parents to come and buy, the price was unaffordable for many.

She realized that the furniture they created in her mother’s establishment were out of the reach of everyday people. And she wanted to provide beautiful furniture that is both functional and beautiful to the general public at an affordable price. So she resigned and with a first degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production option) and a second degree in Business Administration, she started Jaebee Furniture.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer / Customer Service Representative

Job Description

  • Develop strategies to increase our sales by developing business plans that covers sales ,expenses control and increase our profitability
  • Coordinating the sales and marketing lead generation.
  • Increase our showroom sales, including cycle counts, in an effort to maximize sales and inventory turn.
  • Study trends, authorize clearance sales and also determine all required sales promotions.
  • Recognize future and present requirements by customers, deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues.
  • Ensure that email and telephone enquiries are responded to promptly within 24 hours
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products and establish good rapport with potential customers
  • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge training.
  • Oversee activities and performance of sales by tracking sales goals.
  • Negotiating and advising on pricing for customer requests. Presenting new products and other services, building new and enhancing existing relationships. Visit clients’ sites as may be required (before commencement of projects, during installation and after installation for resolutions and sign off).
  • Work with the Production, Procurement and Store teams to ensure customer orders are met. Follow up with customers on order delivered to ensure clients satisfaction.
  • Attend industry functions, such as exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with the senior management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitor to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators. Submission of weekly progress reports and ensuring all data reported are accurate.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ status.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or OND qualification.
