Job Title: Product Management Analyst

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• As a product management analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer data, and developing product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand the product development process and be able to work with cross-functional teams to bring products to market.
• Serve as a liaison between the business units, technology, and other stakeholders to ensure that the right product is delivered to the customer.
• Work with business units to develop product requirements documents (PRD) that clearly articulate the business need and desired outcome.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behavior.
• Develop business cases to support new product initiatives and track key metrics to measure success.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps that align with the company’s strategy and vision.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and report findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience with at least 2 years in Product Management.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing plans
• Strong project management skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
