Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a talented and creative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team.
- As a graphic designer, you will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop creative and effective visual designs that communicate our brand message and values.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand brand values, positioning, and messaging
- Develop creative and innovative visual designs for various marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media graphics, website designs, etc.
- Design and create infographics, charts, and other visual elements that are consistent with the brand identity
- Create and present design concepts and ideas to the marketing and communications team for approval
- Work with external vendors and partners to ensure that all designs meet brand standards and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Requirements
- A Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
