Locations: Yaba & Ogba - Lagos

Job Role

• We are hiring to fill the position of Front Desk / Office Assistant at our Yaba, Ogba (Ikeja) and Shagari Estate, Ipaja offices
• The island and Abuja offices are coming soon to complement operations of better service delivery and be closer to our clients across Lagos and beyond

Job Summary

• We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative/Office Assistant to undertake clients' relations and office-related duties

Responsibilities

• Keep the office clean and tidy with all the necessary supplies
• Make posts on our official digital channels
• Run office-related errands within and outside the office on a daily basis
• Attend to all assigned customers' requests and address their necessary complaints
• Answer all incoming calls, and redirect them when needed
• Monitor and update records and files
• Other duties will be assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SSCE, Diploma, NCE and OND ONLY (No BSc or Other higher qualifications, otherwise they will be out-rightly rejected)
• 1 to 3 years of working experience
• Action-ready individuals. The company doesn't tolerate laziness or ethically- deficient individuals
