Job Title: 5G ZTE Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a 5G ZTE Engineer who will be responsible for:

• Responsible for performing network optimization and network audit to meet customer requirements.
• Be applicable for design & optimization of RAN (GSM/UMTS/LTE).
• Focus on executing audit and optimization of services, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process.
• Should be able to keep time, performance and quality according to company requirements and customer contracts.
• Provide an optimization solution for LTE and trace the solution to complete with operators.
• Design and plan wireless site for network with simulation tool (added advantage).
• New feature testing, technical discussion, and integration troubleshooting support.
• Familiar with radio planning tool and optimization tools, use the tools to work in high efficiency way.

Job Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in radio planning & optimization.
• Minimum 3 years of experience on 5G ZTE and 5 years of 4G.
• Hands on ZTE vendor algorithm & tools, NetNuman, NetMax.
• Capability of KPIs analysis and optimization, Complaints handling, drive test log files analysis.
