Job Description

• Developing and implementing innovative content ideas with a focus on humor, entertainment, and shareability to help drive the company's online presence and brand growth.
• Creating engaging, funny, and entertaining written, visual, and multimedia content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms such as social media, websites, blogs, and video channels.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and video production, to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies that align with our brand voice and audience preferences.
• Staying up-to-date with current trends, viral content, and emerging humor styles to ensure the company remains relevant and ahead in the digital media landscape.
• Conducting thorough research and leveraging audience insights to understand preferences and optimize content creation accordingly.
• Utilizing analytics and user feedback to measure content performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize content strategy for maximum engagement and share ability.
• Demonstrating leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior content creators when necessary.
• Collaborating with external influencers, comedians, and content creators to leverage partnerships and create compelling, funny, and entertaining collaborations.
• Attach links to previous works and portfolio.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
