Job Brief

• We are looking for passionate, result-oriented female engineering graduates interested in starting and/or advancing blossoming careers in the engineering to field to join our client's team as Technical Sales Engineer.

Main Responsibilities

• The TSE will work in a compact team and inherit a large client database with which the tasks will be to, as a team:
• Engage company’s clients, sustain and expand clients’ relationships and network;
• Partake in the activities to promote awareness of company’s products and services;
• Innovate ideas on company’s offers in product design, production and services;
• Partaking in engineering processes – from design to production and deployment as well as educating clients and the public on company products and activities where necessary;
• Generate new leads, break new grounds, expand company’s footprints in the market and ultimately its market share;
• Other adjunct engineering activities of value
• Notwithstanding the team approach, each TSE is expected to be self-driven, self-motivated and able to handle the role and assigned tasks independently and efficiently.

Requirements

• First Degree in Engineering
• Must be Female
• Age Between 21 - 30yrs
• Strong technical engineering knowledge
• Microsoft Office Applications Skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Attention to Details, Strong Organizational Ability, Strong Ethics
• Good presentation skills
• Strong Feedback and Excellent Reporting Ability
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Natural flair for meeting people and interpersonal relationship skills
