The University of Africa, Toru-Orua (UAT) situated in the Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, is a State University established by the Bayelsa State Government in 2016, with a vision to create an institution that would be a first-rate by distinguishing itself by enforcing standards and discipline that would show-case it as a university truly committed to teaching and research excellence and dedicated to generating knowledge for innovation and development. It is located in a serene environment which houses its Principal Officers and a sizable number of its staff members and students within the precinct of the Toru-Orua community.
In accordance with the law establishing the University, the Governing Council wishes to commence the process of appointing suitable and qualified candidates to fill the following positions below
