Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for opened roles.
• Coordinating the hiring process end to end.
• Monitoring , updating of staff confirmation tracker, preparation and issuance of confirmation letters.
• MIS & Recruitment tracker update.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding process.
• Employee documentation
• Collaborate with HOD's to determine KRA's for new and existing employees.

Requirements

• Qualification: BSc / HND in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 year working experience
