HRLeverage Africa Limited - Our client, a company dedicated to transforming home and office spaces that define its’ customers, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spatial Designer / Interior Architect

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
• Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space.
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts and Communicate spatial design ideas via 3D tools
• Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.
• Prepare final plans, using computer applications.
• Deliver very polished 3D spatial design work with attention to detail.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification.
• 1 to 3 years experience working in the field of design.
• Experience working in an architectural firm is an added advantage.
• Proficient in 3D modeling software and can visualize a highly abstract spatial design idea in 3D.
• Experienced using tools such as Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Enscape, Lumion
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
