Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Ojota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client is looking to hire a Lead Generation Specialist who wants to change the current status quo with healthcare in Sub Saharan Africa. S/he should have proven experience in generating leads to help scale to its next stage of growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain viable new leads for sales pipeline for the organization hence creating a regular source of revenue for the sales cycle.
  • Establish a working process within the organization to ensure a smooth workflow with key stakeholders. This is to ensure all lead sources are properly identified, tracked, and optimized to maximize revenue, which includes calls and direct email marketing to prospects.
  • Manage and curate the acquisition component of the sales process for new as well as potential clients.
  • Evaluation of leads from the Sales pipelines.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations to potential leads.
  • Provide support for marketing initiatives in line with community efforts and digital marketing.
  • Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop strategies to drive conversion rates across multiple channels.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products to facilitate the sales process.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer targeting, lead generation/conversion, business development,etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (Oral and Written).
  • Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
  • Enviable relationship management skills.
  • Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • A 'change the world' mindset and a can-do attitude.
