Job Title: Recruitment Intern (Corper)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job platforms
- Source and shortlist candidates
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division.
- At least one (1) year recruitment or HR experience.
- MUST be an NYSC Corp member in search of a PPA.
