Job Title: Manager

Responsibilities
- The job holder will provide functional and operational leadership to a team of people in the day to day operations of the fashion company.
- Oversee the firm improvement in operational systems, processes and policies in support of the achievement of organizational mission.
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all business functions
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant educational qualification with a Masters Degree and at least 3 years’ experience in core business operations and administrations in a fashion or E commerce company.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and organizational initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial management, sales operation, administration.
- Must be an excellent people manager, has collaborative work style and commitment to getting favorable business results.
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
- Must be computer literate with an excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
