Enej Supermarket, a one-stop shop retail outlet, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Location: Lekki-Orchid Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors and all workers
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Evaluate the performance of construction employees and institute disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• A Degree or HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related field is preferred.
• 2 - 4 years work experience.
• Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.
• Knowledgeable in architectural and design interpretations
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• The ability to interpret blueprints.
• Excellent graphic designing skills
• Proficient in Project Management
• Good communication skills
• Excellent leadership and Reporting skills
• Highly innovative
• Tech savvy and social media savvy.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 / month.
