Responsibilities
- Ensure that the diversity ratio benchmark is given prime consideration
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure that HR department tools and policies are well aligned,
- Manage and track Performance Management system.
- Use metrics and analytics to measure analyze and report when necessary
Requirements
- B.Sc./ HND in any Social Sciences or related field with 5-7 years experience in HR.
- Knowledge of HR Analytics is highly essential
- Experience with Business Acumen and HR Business Partnering is desirable.
Salary Range
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
