Requirements and Skill/Functional Experience
- Must have a broad knowledge and a minimum of 5 years experience with French/European standard cuisine.
- Experience in implementing new food concepts and menus.
- Must be able to create menus based on Residents Preferences.
- Must have good knowledge of Home Management.
- Must be time flexible
- Must have worked in a Reputable Hotel
- Minimum educational requirement is an ‘O’ Level certificate.
- Additional qualification may be an advantage.
