Job Title: Accountant

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy, who has a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations, and who possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills. This position is Hybrid.

Job Description

• Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Business Accounting or Finance
• The candidate is expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant.
• Must be Skillful in account/bookkeeping
• Working knowledge of accounting software platforms
• Personal integrity; ability to keep customer and company confidence
• Proficiency in MS Excel application
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
• Strong command of details and deadlines.

• Age 24- 26 years old
