Qualifications
Prospective applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a good honours degree/certificate in Education from a recognized University with at least 10 years of relevant post-graduation experience in Early Years/Primary School Administration.
- Acquisition of cogent skills, knowledge, right attitude and confidence needed to become a highly effective Head of School.
- Conversant with key management system, teaching strategies and demonstration of interpersonal skills/good working relationship among colleagues.
- Must be a team player with good leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teachers.
