Job Description

• There is an opening for a smart, motivated, and driven young engineering graduate in a leading Oil & Gas and Power service company. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for career growth. The Company is focused on providing Oilfield services to the upstream sector.
• This is a full employment position, and remuneration shall be based on qualifications and experience and subject to periodic performance-based review.

Core Responsibilities

• Executing Slickline Operations at the well-site whilst ensuring service quality.
• Maintain records of all slickline equipment at well site including specifications, dimensional data, and condition
• Supervising crew and equipment at the wellsite including inventories and tracking
• Generate daily and final well-site reports on service performance.
• Ability to ensure excellent communication between the wellsite and base support team.
• Identify and correct operational problems to prevent or minimize service impact.
• Ensure that all equipment and supplies assigned to the team are reported, kept up to date, and readily available for well-site activities.

Requirements for Consideration

• HND in a relevant Engineering discipline with a minimum of Upper Credit.
• 1-3 years working experience in slickline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other engineering software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
• Demonstration of ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and hardworking.

Hours:

• (8:30 am - 5:30 pm on weekdays), weekend callouts and public holidays will be based on work exigencies.
