Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary

• You are to Assist in overseeing and supervision of essential services i.eSecurity, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing and supervision of essential services i.eSecurity, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.
• Ensure that Facilities are well maintained.
• Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Assist to supervise building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
• Supervise and check that agreed work by contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up
• on any deficiencies.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide a first line support for the facilities function for all internal and external customers/contractors
• Assist in coordinating the Company fleet.

Qualifications / Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Facility Management or a related field
• 3-5 years in a similar role
• Good technical skills
• Communication and correspondence skill..
• Interpersonal skills.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly net plus other benefits.
