Job Title: Application Support Officer (Food & Beverage)

Location: Iganmu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute all the relevant applicable SOP's.
• To implement the right process of product usage at customers site
• Responsible for customer site audits and conduct trials of new and existing products customers.
• Provide necessary training to the customers personnel for continuous improvement on the usage of products and maintain food safety standards of the company.
• To work on technical support, training and Food Safety audit as per organizational requirement and feedback of sales and marketing team.
• Detailed root cause study for any product variation and customer complaints and to submit report of the same to Management.
• To assess the various information tools, identify improvement opportunities and pinpoint bottleneck areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability
• Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures across the department in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Job is to support the Sales and Marketing group with product trials, training, technical specification and recommendation.
• Provide necessary training to the customers personnel for continuous improvement on the usage of products and maintain food safety standards of the company.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in a technical role of a Food & Beverage company.
• Experience working in a Hygiene- Household, industrial & institutional environment.
• Requires extensive travelling within the territory of Nigeria / West Africa.
• Additional qualification on Food Safety/ ISO 22000 will be added advantage.
