We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fixed Asset Accountant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Duration: 2 months contract job with the possibility of an extension

Job Description

• Manage Fixed Asset Register.
• Fixed Asset Reconciliation with Fixed Asset Register to ensure accuracy.
• Check for completeness and accuracy of fixed assets sub ledger and month-end closing activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments.
• Perform accounting activities as per established accounting standards and procedures.
• Maintain and Update Accounting records and files.
• Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposals and movements.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Fixed Asset Register Management experience.
• A career-minded and goal-oriented person who is able to challenges as an opportunity for future advancement.
