Job Title: WhatsApp / Sales & Marketing Specialist

Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos

Job Description

• Commodity sales with rich online e-commerce/social media like Ins/FB/Whatsapp etc sales experience, skills and outstanding results, responding to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information.
• Develop customer engagement efficiently with good communication ability, and monitor related metrics and use data to make goods/service recommendations for improving sales and customer experience.
• Manage and coordinate the posting of products and services to meet customers' needs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of postings, rich understanding about commodities, local markets are preferred.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operation, sales, product selection, payment, and delivery teams etc, to ensure commodity sales and customer inquiries reception are aligned with company goals.
• Work with product selection team to develop and maintain best practices for product postings and customer engagement in the group.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors and marketers, to ensure orders' performance and support marketing activities.

Requirements

• Education Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field
• Minimum of 3 years commodity sales experience with multiple product lines in a multi-site e-commerce, social media, wholesale or retail environment with rich understanding about commodities & local markets.
• Good PC office software using, Data analysis and Communication skills
• Change Agent, demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
• Multi-tasked person and highly organized with responsibility
• INS/Facebook/Whatsapp shop sales experience is preferred.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 gross.
