We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: KYC / SIM Swap Compliance Officer

Location: Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Checking the quality of all KYC registrations daily for NCC KYC Compliance and data generation and operational reporting on the daily report requirements for Customer Experience
• Provide daily/weekly/ monthly report based on the data analysis.
• Tracking of fraudulent registration kits
• Reduce the poor data quality of KYC registrations received from the field timpose stiff penalties on agents found tbe making fraudulent and poor quality registrations.

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Not more than 30 years of age
• Relevant experience in the Call Center is an advantage.
• Ability tmulti-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail:
• Fast Learner and Flexible
• Candidate must have Completed NYSC.
• Candidate must reside around Opebi Ikeja or it’s environs
• Computer Literate.

Salary
N52,000 - N57,000, HMO & Pension.
