Job Summary
- We are looking for 6 representatives to join as customer operations representatives.
- The team will be responsible for managing whatsApp group operations, addressing customer support inquiries, establishing a new store and order approval system, with the goal of improving repeat purchase rates and self-service order data.

Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc from any recognized institution
- Previous customer service or operations experience preferred.
Salary
N60,000 Base + 20,000 KPI.
