Description
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Track Daily Sales in LLGC F&B Outlets
- Track Daily Sales in LLGC Pro Shop
- Track Daily Sales of Golf Activities (Tuition/Green Fees/Rentals/Tournaments etc
- Update Golf Membership Subscription Register
- Prepare Revenue Recognition Journals for Wine Bar & Club House Sales
- Prepare Recognition journal for monthly amortization of Membership Subscription
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation for Golf & Hospitality
- Adopt & Propose Entries for Intercompany Reconciliation Items
- Prepare for and engage External Auditor for Statutory Audit
- Attend to all Arrears for Statutory Audit (3-Years)
- Support Snr Reporting Associate (Golf & Hospitality).
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
- Should be highly knowledgeable about International Accounting standards according to which Financial reports will be created
- Should understand financial regulations across industries that can impact finance processes in focus country
- Logical mindset, capable of evaluating and handling transactions with a high degree of complexity
- Should have significant experience with integrated financial systems with a strong Excel skill set.
- Should possess strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate both in the regional language of focus country as well as English.
