We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Real Estate Sales Partner
Location: Abraham Adesanya - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
- Generate leads.
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home/land, then show properties that meet those needs
- Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Attract prospective clients to new business
- Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Past sales experience is preferred.
- Target oreiented
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Self-motivation and drive
- Preferable a female.
- Show good organizational and time management skills.
- Reside within Ajah and its environs.
- Real Estate experience is necessary for the position.
