Location: Abuja (FCT), with possibility of relocating to Kano

Job Summary
- The Branch / Business Manager will oversee the operations of our branch in Abuja with possibility of relocating to Kano. Will be responsible for managing resources and staff, developing and attaining business goals, delivering customer service, and growing the branch revenues.
- He/She will grow corporate business and ensure performance targets are achieved in line with the Company business strategy, and values and culture.
- Will oversee the performance of employees in the branch and ensure maintenance of the branch facilities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement strategies to ensure optimum efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Oversee the purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Ensure the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Manage all internal and external service inquiries or requests.
- Ensure smooth operations of the branch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Management Sciences, Accounting or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Proven working experience in management or operations
- 3 - 5 years management role experience
- Proven track record of good performance.
- Firm grasp of modern management skills and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle conflicts.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
