We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support Service Associate

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Client communications and relationship management, onboarding and account management
• Specimen and report logistics planning and optimization; and report delivery management
• Tracking specimen and quality control, and provide supports to Locum pathologist
• Client database management and reporting, and handle administrative support
• Collaborate with team members, research product knowledge and training
• Resolve client problem and strive for continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications

• SSCE (Sciences) or OND in Biological or Laboratory Sciences
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Proven experience in a client support or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or laboratory setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve client issues effectively.
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Remuneration

• Salary: N35,000 monthly.
• HMO is available for the staff.
• Monthly Performance-based bonus is also available.
