Job Description

• Captures various types of information into an electronic format. Works in accordance to specific work standards of productivity and quality. Not required to solve problems or deviate from standards. Role focused on error-free capturing of data.
• Attend to all walk-in customers at the Ikeja and head office branches.
• Customer engagements via emails and other assigned touch points.
• Run daily survey on all closed interactions from various touch points.
• Attend to the website Chatbot.
• Attend to WhatsApp chats.
• Escalate unresolved issues to team leads where necessary.
• Document complaints and ensure resolution within TAT.
• Any other assigned functions.

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc).
