Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Adamawa

Description

  • The position of a Customer Service Assistant will primarily serve as a front desk person.
  • She/he will provide contacts with essential information regarding courses available. Also, the Customer Service Assistant is responsible for counseling potential students on course suitability.

Requirements for the Position

  • Diploma in any Arts or Social Science discipline.
  • At least One (1) year experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of IT applications.
  • Must have pleasant disposition and friendly personality
  • Must have high degree of patience and understanding
  • Skills in effective communication and public presentations.
