Job Title: Finance Officer

Description
- The Finance Officer-Student Receivables is charged with the specific tasks associated with tracking the payments.
- The duties shall include but NOT limited to posting details of transactions, keeping totals of accounts, monitoring the accounts to ensure that payments are up to date, reconciling billing vouchers and collections activities, sending reminders to overdue accounts.
- Ensures that Student Accounts Receivables are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Requirements for the Position
- BSc in Business Administration, Accounting or related business field.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers
- Experience in completion of bookkeeping and office administration procedures, coursework combined with related financial and administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, OpenERP and other accounting software.
