Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Description

• Follow through on each client’s brief and ensure that the job is delivered at the right time.
• Create the task schedule and publish it on the internal board for photographers and retouchers.
• Supervise the activities of the photography team to ensure that they meet up with deadlines.
• Ensure that the photographers follow the processes for setting up.
• Manage the coordination, procurement, and repair of technical assets, equipment, and talent for the successful execution of photography.
• Create lighting diagrams for the photo set consistency.
• Research and approve the purchase and rental of prop equipment, set parts, and software.
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of projects.
• Creating workflow documents and training techs on new processes.
• Oversee in-house database for photo studio assets.
• Monitor studio supplies and manage inventory and budget.
• Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Regularly inspect and ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and fixtures, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a detailed log of all maintenance activities and repairs performed in the studio.
• Ensure up-to-date inventory of studio assets and equipment.
• Schedule comprehensive cleaning sessions for the studio at the end and beginning of each quarter, ensuring a fresh and tidy workspace.

Job Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.

Salary
N120,000 monthly
