Job Title: Senior Architect
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The successful candidate will coordinate, supervise and provide Management and architectural services on major building project.
Job Descriptions
- Co-ordinate, supervise and provide management/architecture service on major building project
- Resident site supervision of building project
- Co-ordinate, design, bill of quantities and other tender/contract documents.
- Administration of building contract
Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- M.Sc in Architecture or equivalent
- M.Sc in Construction / Project Management would be an added advantage
- Membership of NIA and ARCON or similar professional body will an advantage
- Minimum of 15 years post NYSC experience
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, ArchCAD, Microsoft Projects, 3DMAX and other standard Microsoft office application.
- Good knowledge of contract administration
- Knowledge of construction management
