Job Title: Accounting Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling queries on general accounts.
• Account Officer should be able to achieve excellent customer service and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintaining financial records.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Checking invoices.
• Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
• Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
• Handling queries related to accounting.

Requirements

• A Degree in Accounting or similar with 2-5 years experience
• Previous working experience as an Accounting Officer.
• Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
• Proficiency in management systems.
• Administration skills.
• Sound interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
