Job Title: Retail Store Associate

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team
• The ideal candidate must have stellar interpersonal skills as well as a proactive approach in handling all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all customers and handle all forms of communication via phone and email following established guidelines in the templates.
• Gain a deep understanding of the products and be able to recommend products to customers.
• Ensure that the products are neatly packaged for seamless dispatch and send sales reports periodically.
• Communicate with the production unit about the availability of materials for orders and keep clients informed about the status of their orders.
• Perform inventory checks and communicate when products are running out to prevent stock-out.
• Ensure all customer information are attached to the dispatched goods i.e., accurate phone numbers and delivery addresses.
• Analyze customer feedback and sales information to generate actionable insights.
• Keep up-to-date on latest trends in delivering unique experiential customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales /Retail in a fashion store.
• Excellent organizational skills and presentable appearance.
• Excellent product knowledge and problem solving skills.
• Ability to listen actively and attentively.
• Willing to work regular store hours.
