Job Title: Director of Studies
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensures successful implementation of the school Board's policies on Admission of students; Administration of the school; and Conducting of credible and standard examinations.
- Manages, evaluates and supervises effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the organization
- Ensures compliance with all laws, Board policies and civil regulations Maintains administrative staff by orienting, training employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
- Provides supplies by identifying needs of all departments within the organization; establishing policies, procedures and work schedules
Qualification
- A minimum of Master Degree in relevant disciplines
Experience:
- Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in recognized institution of learning
