Job Description

• As a Business Intelligence Analyst in the Agent Banking Department, you will play a critical role in analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making and enhance the performance of our agent banking operations.
• You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data, develop reports and dashboards, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business intelligence tools, and experience in the financial services or banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to agent banking operations, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Product Management, to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements, service enhancements, and revenue optimization.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of agent network performance, transactional data, customer segmentation, and channel effectiveness to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying data quality issues and working closely with IT and Operations teams to address them.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business intelligence, data analytics, and the financial services domain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in the financial services or banking industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Advanced knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database concepts.
• Familiarity with data manipulation languages and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of agent banking operations, financial services, and relevant industry trends is a plus.
