Alexis Philips Consults - Our client, a fast-growing Marketing company located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is recruiting to fill the position:

Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Rivers

Responsibilities

• Management of all accounting transactions
• Preparing budget forecasts and financial statements in real-time
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Ensuring timely bank deposits
• Computing taxes and preparation of tax returns
• Balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Preparing reports on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Auditing financial transactions and documents.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc / HND in Accounting or Finance
• Years of Experience: 2-3 years.

Relevant Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
• Understanding of the overall impact of financial decisions.
• Relevant experience with accounting software like Sage and QuickBooks.
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Additional certification is a plus
• Female Candidates preferred for gender balance.
