Job Title: Head of Engineering
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- The Head of Engineering reports to the General Manager and coordinates equipment
- maintenance and general engineering services to achieve optimum plant availability
- for efficient manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will coordinate mechanical,
- instrumentation and electrical maintenance services as well as utilities, projects and
- cast house engineering operation.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or related disciplines
- Minimum of 15 years continuous work experience, ten of which must be in the manufacturing environment, preferably in Metal, Steel & Aluminium industry
- Master’s degree in related discipline is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to delegate efficiently.
- Thorough understanding of plant engineering and tooling.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
