Job Title: Marketing Manager

Position Summary
  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for aiding the brand and sales team in all areas of the Marketing process including the strategic development of promotional and ongoing programs.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the ideation, planning and budgeting, production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials and promotions.
  • Responsible for driving very strong social media presence.
  • Brand custodian - Responsible for maintaining brand value and DNA and driving brand parity in all products, services, packaging and merchandising material.
  • Management of Marketing team.
  • Management and Implementation of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manages the point of sales material (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment…) by finding the most efficient solutions.
  • Collaborates with sales, and PR team to build sales promotions and product communication.
  • Responsible for all events planning and execution from conception to implementation.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to turn the "selling stories" into sales tools to effectively present the brands, the products and the marketing initiatives to their customers.
  • Collaborates with marketing intelligence resource to read and report results of activities and to provide recommendations and forecasts.
  • Supports local teams in the execution of the activities and in achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values/equity are properly communicated.
  • Supports local teams in the execution of their training programs.
  • Ensures that the local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting sales teams, customers and stores.
  • Ensures efficient spending of marketing budget and supervises the trade marketing in all sales locations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Degree qualification in a relevant field, MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years experience in sales/marketing.
  • FMCG experience.
  • Highly organized with proven strategic abilities.
  • Thorough product knowledge with strong analytical and quantitative skills. Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Creativity, originality, business intuition.
  • Strong technical - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
