We are recruiting to fill the following position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) & Compliance Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge the gap between management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process, including but not limited to drafting job ads, reviewing and screening resumes, facilitating and conducting interviews, maintaining documentation, as well as, hiring employees and implementing a reliable orientation process.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy v. Improve employee productivity and organizational effectiveness by reviewing processes to ensure optimal HR service delivery
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

Qualifications / Work Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 5 years in experience
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
