We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Fleet Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Preparing annual budgets and reports concerning the operation costs
- Purchasing and leasing appropriate vehicles and necessary equipment
- Controlling the maintenance and repair of vehicles in the fleet
- Organizing replacements and disposal of damaged or old vehicles
- Keep employees informed about their fleet programmes and progress
- Ensure fleet availability to meet all request by scheduling, forecasting and surveying
- Maintain knowledge and Utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirement
- Maintain and monitor data management system to organize fleets as per various schedules and requests
- Plan, process and execute vehicle purchase and vehicle replacement through efficient settlement
- Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations
- Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Business Management or any other related course of study
- A minimum of second class lower degree/equivalent
- Must be resident in Lagos
- Computer literate
