Supervisory / Operational Duties
- Ensures proper and thorough vetting and background checks are carried out on all operatives and employee of the company.
- Ensures proper and thorough guarantor verification checks are carried out on all operatives and employee of the company.
- Confirms the eligibility of the prospective employee's guarantor.
- Conduct vetting and background checks on commercial basis.
- Confirms the correctness or otherwise of the information provided in the staff file.
- Give sound recommendations to individual vetting status.
- Carries out criminal checks with the police.
- Undertakes investigation of incidences.
- Present weekly vetting reports for necessary decision making.
- Carry out the full range of checks specified in the companyvetting policy, to ensure that all relevant information is obtained.
Requirements
- Must be familiar with lagos route.
- Good communication / listening skills.
