Job Description

• We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Manager.
• As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and supervising strategic campaign strategies.
• This role reports directly to the Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications and offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's marketing efforts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate research, development, and implementation of innovative marketing programs.
• Develop comprehensive marketing plans within allocated budget requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on activities within the industry to identify opportunities and trends.
• Develop, manage, and execute annual strategic marketing communications plans.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Create and execute a social media marketing program, including managing a LinkedIn industry group and corporate blog.
• Develop targeted marketing plans for different segments of our target audience.
• Promote our products and services during events and networking opportunities.
• Track and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
• Network with industry experts and potential clients to enhance brand awareness.
• Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities and trade shows.
• Analyze and evaluate the financial aspects of product development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and communications roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
