Job Title: Instore Sales Representative
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary
- Drive instore sales of company products
- Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain product features and benefits
- Handle social media marketing and interactions for the store
- Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
- Process customer orders
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Offer solutions to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives
- Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in a relevant discipline
- 1 - 3 years’ experience as a sales representative in a furniture/furniture accessories business
- Candidate must possess digital and social media marketing skills.
- Experience in Customer service is desirable.
- Candidate must live around the job location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
