Qualification
- Degree/HND/OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing and any other Social/Humanitarian disciplines.
- Experience in Microfinance operations is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Ability for product development and marketing;
- In-depth knowledge of the workings of micro, small and medium enterprises;
- Leadership and tactical management skill;
- Sound analytical skill; Amiable and passionate personality;
- Flair for customer relationship management and Ability to mobilize savings.
