Description

• Our client seeks the services of a qualified and vibrant Business Development Officer in Abuja to undertake critical functions in the area of profit generation, client expansion, market actualization, new market strategy and effective stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Meet set sales target that are assigned on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Analyze sales reports, and provide strategies to Trim overhead and increase profit.
• Identify new market opportunities via market research and initiate contact.
• Create proposals for existing clients to improve their business utilizing company services.
• Provide coaching and training to subordinate Business Developers.
• Generate sales presentations promptly.
• Maintain positive growth in your market area.
• Respond to all issues with prompt attention.
• Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training for newbies.
• Work closely with the car wash unit for prompt service delivery and feedback to clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience working in a business development role with a minimum turnover of 9 million per month.
• The capability of prioritizing and delegating responsibilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• An understanding of how to interpret Earnings and Inventory reports.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to network in order to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions.
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eyes for analyzing and beating the competition.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
