Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for converting the current logistics process into an operable fleet programme by developing a safe, cost efficient and resilient strategy.
• Ensure all fleet and logistics needs are met in terms of schedule feasibility, in both long-term and short-term windows.
• Manage the department on fleet and logistic issues, ensuring that the operation is delivered to the required levels of resilience.
• Ensure a robust fleet management and logistics programme.
• Optimising requirements from all stakeholders including commercial, ecommerce, sales, B&M, Admin, Procurement etc
• Maintain fleet levels for peak seasons and off-peak seasons ahead of the operational month and coordinating changes where required.
• Optimise all fleet route planning and logistics movements
• Take ownership of all fleet and logistics operations, including reporting and distribution to key stakeholders
• Top notch experience with handling 3rd party logistics parties especially with Cargo options through Air, Land (Within and outside Lagos).

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any related field.
• 3 - 4 years experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be staying around Oshodi, Ilupeju Bypass or Mushin

Salary
N130,000 - N180,000 monthly.
