Job Title: Security Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- Maintain an appropriate record of access control activities/resources
- Coordinate activities to ensure that all security procedures for the protection of company personnel/visitors and company assets, information, property and business operations activities.
- Supervise the flow of information on radio and telephone network and implement appropriate action.
- Manage all emergency responses.
- Monitoring and responding to Panic Alarm (working with AR team and Nigerian Police).
- Guard track analysis of clocking pipes.
- Ensure that control room staff and process provide the security department with the highest standard of 24/7 coordination.
- Act as a radio operator and control room operator
- Managing and beefing up guard strength.
- Monitoring CCTV from the Control Room
- Surveillance of security breaches within the building.
- Preparing and taking incidence report.
- Security and safety management.
- Fleet management and asset tracking using Geotab and Teltonika software.
- Monitoring and responding to Panic Alarm (working with AR team and Nigerian Police).
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience working as a Security Manager/Officer.
- Bachelor’s Degree - mandatory.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- Advanced level in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Results oriented, attention to detail; strategic thinker.
- Honest and ethical; team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must possess a Calm, mature and courteous disposition.
